Our payment due on receipt or C.O.D. to accounts with established credit. We also accept MasterCard, VISA, and prepaid checks. All payments will be U.S. dollars. As an additional service to our government customers, we accept the SmartPay card. Industrial Safety & Supply Company welcomes business, education and government accounts. Call to open an account with us. Finance charges will be assessed to invoices not paid within 30 days. We are required by law to collect sales tax on the total merchandise plus shipping and handling charges for orders shipped to Connecticut. To better serve you, we can confirm your mail or fax order if requested with an email supplied at the time of the order.

Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders from accredited universities, governments, businesses and non-profit organizations.

International Orders: Our International staff will work with you on any special project, with delivery and pricing information. Inquiries and orders will be handled via your choice of fax, phone, mail, E-mail or Internet.

When you're in a real hurry, rely on our guaranteed overnight or second-day delivery. For an additional charge, you can choose from two options:

Next-day air: Delivery by 10:30 a.m. (some areas by 5 p.m.) next business day.

Second-day air: Delivery by 5 p.m. the second business day.

Orders shipping via UPS must be made by 2:30 p.m. EST for next-day or second-day options.

Shipping Rates: Freight is prepaid and added to customer's invoice on all orders, unless otherwise stated, to customer's place of business anywhere in the contiguous United States, using routing of our choice. Any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by customer.

Hazardous Shipping: Products considered hazardous for shipping may require Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), special packaging or handling, and additional shipping charges. Call 1-800-671-5080.

Delivery outside the U.S.: Before ordering, please call 1-800-671-5080 to verify that we can ship to your country.

Track an order: Order tracking is available when your order ships. Stock items usually ship within 24 hours. 

Payment Options

Credit Cards: We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, and GSA SmartPay®, for fax, phone, mail, and Internet orders.

Check or Money Order: Payment may be made with check or money order when ordering by mail. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Open Account: Open account terms are net 30 days. Payment may be made on open account when placing fax, phone, mail, and Internet orders.

Prices: All published prices are in U.S. dollars. In the rare event of a pricing error, Industrial Safety reserves the right to charge the correct price. We also reserve the right to change prices without notice should market commodity conditions unforeseeable change.
