ORA TAC

The new 3M™ Peltor™ ORA TAC offers a combination of lightweight hearing protection, ambient (tactical) listening, and the ability to communicate via two-way radios in high noise areas, without the need for a boom microphone. In addition to the in-ear headset, it also includes a push-to-talk (PTT) adapter and a quick disconnect cable.  This cable connects to individual radios and can be switched when a new radio is purchased.  Since the ORA TAC is designed to fit comfortably in the ear, it is also compatible with a variety of other PPE, such as welding, powered and supplied air, and respiratory protection.
