Shipping Information
We ship in stock products within 24 hours of receiving an order.  Non-stock products typically ship in 7-10 business days.  There are occasionally extreme circumstances when the manufacturer has these items on back order, in these cases lead times often exceed 1-2 months.  For items requiring freight we will contact you with an LTL freight rate.  Our website is not capable of handling LTL requests and we will not honor any website estimates for large items.

Return Information
For orders placed with products that are in stock we accept all returns and will credit back the full amount of the product.  The product must be returned unopened/tampered with in its original packaging.  The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges.  For orders placed with products that are non-stock and must be ordered directly from the manufacturer, you are subject to a 15% manufacturer's restocking fee.  The product must be returned unopened/tampered with in its original packaging.  The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges.  Depending on the manufacturer this percentage may vary slightly.  If items arrive damaged we will not hold you responsible.  If products are made to order the manufacturer may or may not accept a return.

Free Shipping Information
We ship orders over $650 prepaid to the continental United States.  This excludes all orders requiring freight.  LTL shipments require a special rate calculation.  We will not honor any website estimates for large items, ie. Justrite or Durham safety cabinets. 

Customer's Shipping Accounts
You are more than welcome to provide your own UPS or Fedex account number when you place an order and we would be happy to ship your products on your own account.  For items requiring freight we also honor the use of your LTL freight company's account number.  Please email us with those details prior to placing your order.
